Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Corporate Manager Hotel Sales to join our team at Chemmanur International Holidays And Resorts Limited. As the Corporate Manager Hotel Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel properties. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in hotel sales. The job location is Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven track record of 7 to 10 years in hotel sales, preferably in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of the hotel industry and market trendsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clientsProven ability to lead and motivate a sales teamAnalytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisionsProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareWillingness to travel as required

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for our hotel propertiesIdentify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies to drive salesManage a team of sales professionals and provide training and guidance to maximize performanceMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growthCollaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiativesNegotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure profitable dealsPrepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the senior management teamStay updated on industry developments and best practices in hotel salesEffective sales presentations and closing deals with Corporates and B2B agents.Maintaining strong client relationships

OTA, Agents and Corporates.Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of its Resorts.Maximise all Revenue opportunities to Achieve stretched monthly & annual targ
