Role & responsibilities

  • Managing the hiring process for manpower gap, reviewing resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks.

  • Managing the on-boarding process for new joined employee.

  • Arranging induction & orientation for the newly joined Employee.

  • Identify training needs and organizing learning programs.

  • Managing Appraisal process across all levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal System linked to Departmental KPIs.

  • Designing employee engagement activities and implement across the organization.

  • Liaison with labour officer, factory inspector, PF & ESIC officer, employment office & other statutory bodies.

  • Preparing payroll input report & validating attendance data for salary processing.

  • Develop and maintain a system to ensure that employee personal files are kept up-to-date.

  • Monitoring on disciplinary and grievance matters.
