Human Resource Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive with strong knowledge of statutory compliances and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, payroll management, and employee documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PF UAN generation, withdrawals, and death claim handling.
• Handle ESIC-related processes and compliances.
• Maintain and manage attendance and payroll records accurately.
• Ensure timely salary processing and statutory compliance.
• Manage employee documentation including joining, exits, and record maintenance.
• Support HR operations and employee queries related to PF, ESIC, and payroll.
• Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and government authorities when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in HR, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, and payroll processes.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR documentation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
