An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Architect to play a key role in the design and delivery of complex projects. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and solutions. Produce high-quality working drawings using Revit. Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve design-related issues. Participate in client meetings and present design proposals and solutions. Contribute to the development and improvement of company-wide Revit standards and workflows. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design and Revit software. Key requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. 5-8 years of professional experience in architectural design, ideally gained within a medium to large sized practice. Proficiency in Revit is essential. Strong understanding of building codes with well developed detail resolution skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients. Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
