About Us: Our client is a mid-sized, design-driven architectural practice located on the fringe of the Melbourne CBD. Role Overview: Opportunity currently exists for a Senior Architect to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for architecture, an inquisitive mind, and the ability to approach each project with a fresh perspective. You will play a key role in leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the growth and success of the practice. Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and quality. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop and execute project plans. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers. Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Conduct site visits and oversee construction to ensure design implementation. Requirements: Registered Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in relevant software (Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work on a variety of project types and scales. Experience with sustainable design practices and principles.
