The opportunity: They currently seek an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis and play a leading role in their commercial building team. The ideal applicant will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. Key responsibilities: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget. Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Ensure compliance with local and national building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Provide regular project status reports to senior management and clients. Identify and manage project risks, taking corrective actions to mitigate potential issues. Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication among project team members. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial or industrial estates or business parks. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Knowledge of construction management software and project management tools. Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
