The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing architectural and construction drawings, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, and preparing submittals. The role includes collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions and ensuring that technical drawings and models align with project standards and requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural DrawingsExperience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction DrawingsFamiliarity with preparing Submittals and ensuring compliance with design standardsStrong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teamsKnowledge of relevant tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar softwareBachelor's degree in Architecture or a related fieldProfessional experience in architectural design and project execution
