Job Summary:
The Implementation Manager will work with our newest customers, ensuring successful scoping, configuration and implementation of SpotDraft’s product suite integrated with the client’s internal tools or other third-party services. The primary objective is to facilitate customers through the product configuration, integration, and training required to ensure successful rollout of the auxiliary integrated IT stack with SpotDraft for our customers.
To accomplish this, the Implementation Manager conducts requirement workshops with customers to optimize alignment of the integrations of various CRM/HRMS/Procurement/Ticketing tools to SpotDraft’s product functionality and then manages end-to-end project management with the customers collaborating with the engineering, product and integrations team at SpotDraft.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand client requirements and maintain client and partner relationships.
2. Manage projects with an organized approach and ensure objectives are met within pre-agreed timelines.
3. Document integration processes and best practices.
4. Provide technical assistance to clients with customizations.
5. Implement SaaS products.
6. Work with SSO, API, CRM, HRMS, and ticketing tools.
7. Collaborate and communicate effectively with engineering and product teams.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
