Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance.
3. Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, showcasing our products or services effectively.
4. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our offerings and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
5. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives.
7. Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to clients, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and opportunities for improvement.
8. Actively listen to client feedback and concerns, advocating for their needs within the organization and driving continuous improvement.
9. Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to measure and improve client experience.
10. Travel to client locations as needed, including intercity and interstate travel, to meet with clients, attend events, or conduct site visits.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in client relationship management or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
4. Strong demonstrative skills, with the ability to present products or services effectively to clients.
5. Ability to travel to client locations as required, including intercity and interstate travel.
6. Good personality with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
7. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
8. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
9. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs and challenges.
