Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and channel partners at the sales office or project site.
  • Coordinate site visits , ensure proper arrangements, and inform the sales team in advance.
  • Maintain visitor records and update daily walk-in reports .
  • Provide guests with brochures, project details, and amenities overview as needed.
  • Manage front-desk activities, calls, and appointment scheduling.
  • Ensure the reception and sales lounge area are tidy, organized, and presentable.
  • Follow up on client appointments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, admin, housekeeping) for seamless guest experience.
  • Handle client queries politely and escalate concerns to appropriate team members.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good command of English, Hindi, and local language
  • Customer-focused attitude and professional grooming
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in guest relations/front office, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or service sector
