We work with a diverse portfolio of clients and help them with their outbound engine. Our team is dedicated to driving pipeline and revenue growth for our clients, utilizing various outreach mechanisms and cutting-edge automation tools.


At Leadle, you will


  • Drive results of the SDR teams to ensure quotas and standards are met by regular
  • Provide guidance to team on multi-channel outbound outreach strategies
  • Proactively identify ways to streamline process or procedures, and make recommendations to help guide the strategic direction of the team
  • Identify critical patterns that need to be addressed and devise necessary action plans to ensure high degree of productivity (relating to people & process)
  • Resolve problems and act as higher level escalation contact for SDRs
  • Working closely with the customer success team to drive upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Mentor and groom SDRs and enable them to be the best versions of themselves


What makes you an ideal candidate


  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales Development roles such as SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or similar
  • 1+ years of experience in mentoring or leading a sales team
  • Expertise in handling sales operations and sales enablement
  • Experience in outreach and CRM tools
  • Emotional intelligence to be a good people manager
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience working in a rapidly growing, fast-paced organization
  • Excited by the challenge of working for a business with ambitious growth targets
