Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Architect Sales Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in architectural sales or a related field and a passion for delivering customized LED display solutions to architects, designers, and developers. You will play a key role in building and nurturing client relationships, driving sales, and helping us expand our presence in the architecture and design sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the architecture, design, and construction industries for our LED display products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers to understand their visual needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our LED Video Walls, 3D LED Screens, and other products to key clients. Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying client needs to post-sale support.
- Collaborate with the internal design and technical teams to ensure product specifications and solutions meet client expectations.
- Provide excellent after-sales service, addressing client queries, managing feedback, and ensuring satisfaction.
Market Research & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the latest architectural technology to provide relevant insights to clients.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Vision Display's product portfolio, including technical specifications and advantages, to confidently recommend solutions.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on sales strategies and campaigns.
- Regularly report on sales progress, targets, and market trends to the Sales Manager.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and client meetings to expand your network and promote Vision Display's products.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in architectural sales or a related field (e.g. architectural products, building materials, construction solutions).
Educational Background:
- A graduate degree is mandatory. Candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any sales-related field are preferred. Additionally, candidates with relevant sales experience in the architecture or construction industry will be given priority.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles construction processes and visual technologies.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales particularly in working with professionals in the architecture and construction sectors.
- Proficiency with sales tools and CRM software.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written—ability to present complex products in an understandable and compelling way.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close high-value deals.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of LED technologies or AV solutions is a plus, though not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
