About the Role We’re looking for a Frontend & Desktop Engineer who wants to shape how people experience the future of work. At Utkast, we’re building the intelligent layer that lives across your daily tools — email, meetings, and beyond — quietly automating the busywork and amplifying what humans do best. You’ll design and build everything users touch — from our web app to seamless desktop integrations that connect Utkast directly into Gmail, Outlook, and the modern workspace. Your work will define how humans interact with intelligence: effortless, elegant, and deeply human. You will Build fast, polished interfaces with Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript Develop cross-platform apps using Electron / Tauri Bring Utkast’s intelligence directly into daily workflows (email, calendar, meetings, communication ++) Implement real-time collaboration, localization, and accessibility features Partner with design, backend and AI teams to craft intuitive, emotionally resonant experiences You bring Solid expertise in React / Next.js and modern frontend architecture Experience with desktop frameworks (Electron, Tauri, or similar) Strong sense of visual design and interaction quality Bonus: Framer Motion, Tailwind CSS, or experience with Outlook / Gmail SDKs You’ll thrive here if You care about how technology feels.
