The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:  The Role Your Role: Become part of our Azure Virtual Desktop team  Be co-responsible for endpoint modernization – designing, building, and migrating to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) based on best practices. You are responsible for the administration and management of virtual desktop infrastructures and environments with a focus on user experience and performance. What to expectIn your new job, you will work closely with security, workplace and Azure architects as well as VDI Citrix engineers.Responsibilities To be successful in this role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:Your tasks are:You validate components of the Azure infrastructure as part of the AVD / W365 deployment. You will be responsible for publishing AVD desktop/application solutions and will be responsible for application delivery. You optimize, scale and monitor the virtual desktop infrastructures. You will analyze and evaluate cloud resources and develop strategies for cost optimization, capacity and lifecycle management, and governance. You will take care of PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks. You will help shape safety standards and check compliance with them. Your TeamHere you will be part of our Global Virtual Workspace team, together with colleagues from the AMER, APAC and EuropeQualifications: Technology Stack you will work with: Virtual desktop technologies such as AVD, Windows 365 PowerShell Intune and Azure management of VDI environments User Configuration Management (Intune, GPO, Profiles, FSLogix) M365 Service Stack Advantageous: Experience in technologies Citrix, Remote Desktop or other VMWare, Active Directory, Conditional Access, Storage and Networking Your Skills and Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, telecommunications, Business Administration or a related field At least 5 years of experience in the field of Microsoft Azure Knowledge of and experience in PowerShell, Microsoft 365 (M365), Azure Active Directory, Intune, VDI, VMware, Citrix Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certification, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) certificate would be beneficial. Good communication skills and ability to work in a global team.
