Job Description Job Title: Desktop Engineering L3 Location: Bangalore Experience: 8-10 Years Knowledge and Skills required: - Experience in managing Desktop Engineering tools, products, processes etc covering Application packaging, Desktop build management, GPO, GPP, SCCM/Intune/MECM etc - Experience in troubleshooting performance related issues escalated by L2 teams covering group policies, builds, SCCM/Intune etc. - Do a trend analysis of ticket trends and propose improvements - Create, manage and approve knowledge articles - Provide 1:1 support to Platinum and Gold users - Good understanding and knowledge Windows Active directory and Azure AD - Good communication - Knowledgeable in ITIL concepts [Incident Management, Problem Management etc.]. - Basic support experience on Windows/Unix Servers, Network Devices, Backup.
