Senior User Experience Designer

UX Designer Experience: 4+ to 6 years Job Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: ● Design and optimise user journeys, flows, and interactions. ● Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-level UX solutions for new features and improvements of existing ones. ● Participate in feature planning and prioritisation together with product managers and developers. ● Ability to run A/B test to fulfil product goals and strategy ● Ability to define and execute new product features and reduce ambiguity. ● Maintain UX documentation: specifications, user scenarios, feature checklists and improve the design system. ● Define and track UX metrics (user behavior, funnels, A/B tests, retention). ● Analyse user research and product data to support decision-making. Requirements ● 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead role. ● Strong expertise in designing user flows, customer journeys, and information architecture. ● Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum processes. ● Ability to produce UX documentation and specifications for development teams. ● Knowledge of design system principles and implementation. ● Strong proficiency in Figma or similar design software ● Strong proficiency in AI tools - you live and breath the latest tech and know how to operate at speed and precision. Nice to have: ● Knowledge of AdTech and programmatic advertising workflows, platforms. ● Strong UI and high-fidelity prototyping design
