Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.
  • Identify, research, and qualify potential clients across various industries (Domestic & US).
  • Lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and networking events.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals with high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding process for new clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development Management or Sales role.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT services industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.

Note :- Relevant experience required for applying into either Domestic or US respectively.
