What are we looking for?


Position Title : Marketing Operations Associate, My11Circle


Position/Role Description


Marketing Operations Associate works with the Marketing team, supporting various existing marketing campaigns and helping in launching new ones.

This role will offer immense insights and learning in the online entertainment space and skill gaming industry in India. You will learn and implement innovative marketing strategies and use the most cutting-edge marketing tools to implement various campaigns.

This role requires you to closely work with Associate Marketing Manager (AMM) or Marketing Manager (MM) to execute and manage Influencer Marketing campaigns. This role will need you to get your hands dirty to execute things at a rapid pace to deliver results. This role will also require you to coordinate closely with brand team, creative team, business operations team to achieve the pre-defined monthly targets.

General Accountabilities/Job Responsibilities


· Data analysis - Monitoring campaign performance through rigorous data analysis and then coming up with data-backed insights using excel/google sheets

- Influencer Onboarding and Negotiation: Identify the right set of influencers to work with, negotiate pricing with them and close deals

· Coordinating with the internal teams- creative design, Finance, Business intelligence, Legal to ensure smooth campaign execution

· For in-house campaigns, all the operational work for taking the campaign live or updating the campaign & sending out related communications to be managed.

- Creative Ideation: Coming up with creatives ideas on improving influencer communication/offers


- Requirement gathering – interacting with the internal stakeholders to understand all the requirements from the discussion stage till taking the campaigns live.

· Maintaining a record of all the payments made in the marketing campaigns, getting it approved and cleared from the finance department

· Reports of new or existing marketing campaigns covering all the metrics to be maintained


Job Specifications

· E- B.Tech /MBA/ any graduate or post graduate from a well reputed college and a hunger for learning and implementing marketing.

· E – 1-2 years experience in performance marketing

· E - Ability to handle data
