Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar I&C Head located in Mumbai. The Solar I&C Head will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of multiple solar plants, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and coordinating with the engineering team and clients. The role also involves conducting site assessments, supervising technical staff, and ensuring optimal performance and maintenance of installed systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Renewable Energy and Energy Management
  • Analytical skills for assessing project viability and performance
  • Business Planning and expertise in the Energy Industry
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • Previous experience in 20MW+ solar installation and commissioning is highly recommended
  • Should be able to bring in atleast 30-50 solar installation labors and team well trained and well experienced on open access solar.
