Be aware of the product in detail, sales script, other material and sales targets prior to project launch.

Facilitate and strive to achieve the sales target and forecast aggressively along with customer service management

Attend to all walk-in customers efficiently, explain the project in detail and be able to answer all customer queries.

Be able to successfully deal with customer negotiations and close the deal.

Convince customers about various features of the project and be able to help in decision making

Consistently make efforts to provide the customer an enriching experience at site and regular follow ups as required.

Handle all incoming customer inquiry calls efficiently to seek closure on site visit

Work with sales, marketing and other internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts reflecting any last-minute changes to forecast based on business requirements

Update all required reports and system data on a timely basis Role & responsibilities
