What we are looking to hire: We are looking for an accomplished individual who will play a vital role in pipeline growth & revenue attainment through the generation of Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) for the Sales team, and scheduling meetings with qualified Enterprises & destination hotels. This individual will be responsible for initiating, nurturing and following through the leads from acquisition to close via multiple channels and touchpoints – social media, phone calls, targeted ads, email campaigns, and direct email communication.  Responsibilities  Work in tandem with the sales team to identify and reach out to potential Hotels to be added at the top of the funnel. Engage with user groups within the Hotels to understand requirements and conduct demos Identify opportunities within the SMB market and create targeted approaches to capture new business Assist with execution/preparation of trade shows and sales calls, outbound cold calls and emails. Perform analysis of marketing and sales data, collect quantitative and qualitative data. Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials - both on and offline Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest ensuring optimal coverage of all territories at all times. Perform market analysis and research on prospecting new clients. Enter contact information into contact management systems. Database entry: maintain, improve and expand database of prospects. Establish, maintain and update files and records. Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM - Salesforce). Efficiently and effectively handle a high volume of outbound calls. Understand customer needs and requirements. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications: What will help you succeed in the role: While you will be given all the training required to be successful on the job, following are the few competencies you will need to accelerate your growth: A. Knowledge: • You have an excellent understanding of hospitality / travel landscape coupled with the changing trends, buying behavior, prospective customers & best practices in it• You have experience working on Salesforce.com• You understand SAAS based products• Extensive knowldedge of Web and social media• PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a bonus.• Hotel, hospitality, travel industry experience preferred. B. Skills: • You possess a great consultative style and brilliance in elevation pitch• You demonstrate precision and clarity of thoughts• You have a problem-solving mindset• You have an excellent verbal, written communication, calling & presentation skills C. Abilities: • You are adaptable and is comfortable with change management• Ability to analyze data to improve sales effectiveness.• Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits.• You are well organized and can multi-task and prioritize D. Education & Work Experience: • 10 years of experience in direct/outbound sales or inside sales• Experience in Hospitality & Travel B2B SAAS Sales will be an added advantage. Must have team leading experience E. Behavior: • Integrity and loyalty• Positive attitude• Passion towards sales Qualification summary Relevant Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (MBA preferred)10+ years of experience in international pre-sales/lead generation.
