Must Have: -

·Minimum 10 -15 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Expert/Consultant.

·Minimum 10 years of IT related experience in Banking, Finance and Risk Management.

·Good knowledge of any of Banking and Finance area (Core Banking, Personal & Commercial Banking, Cards & Payments).

·Experienced and knowledge of payment systems like Montran and Prime, SWIFT, Fedwire, and CHIPS messaging.

·Understanding of payment processing end-to-end workflow and processing queues like OFAC, filters, investigations, and payments out to Fed or CHIPS.

·Good understanding of relevant US & EMEA BFS regulations (PSD2, ISO 2022, PCI-DSS, Basel II/III/FDIC/IFRS etc.) and its impact on business.

·Business strategy consulting experience with proficiency in one or more areas of use of Technology in Banks and Financial Institutions-- including but not limited to, Core Modernization, Digital Channels, Cloud Adoption, Information Security and Regulatory and Compliance Audit Technology and operating processes.

·Expertise in writing Proposals / RFPs / RFIs, business documents and mapping the solution and complete proposal with customer’s requirement.

·Experience of coordinating with different teams such as solution teams, delivery, Service Lines etc. to prepare proposal and tracking the inputs.

·Certification in Banking/Finance/GRC area.

·Experience in preparing BFS collaterals.

Good to Have: -

·Knowledge on any Banking product like BaNCS, Finnacle, Fiserv Signature Temenos, Stripe, PayPal.

·Experience in documenting and reviewing of Business Solutions, Functional Requirements Specifications (Use Cases and process flow) and reviewing documents with stakeholders.

·Good interpersonal skills, confidence, and ability to interact professionally with people at all levels.

·Strong business focus including problem resolution

·Strong written and verbal Communications Skills and presentation skills.
