Role:
As a Chief Operations Officer , you will play a pivotal role in driving the daily operations of our company, leveraging our existing products, services, resources, and tools to generate revenue, attract investments, pitch in funding rounds, and steer strategic growth initiatives. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing our vision, working closely with the founding team to achieve our ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments and functions.
- Utilize existing products, services, resources, and tools to maximize revenue generation and profitability.
- Develop and implement effective growth strategies to scale the business and expand our market reach.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business development, strategic partnerships, and collaborations.
- Drive investor relations activities, including fundraising efforts and pitching in funding rounds.
- Collaborate with the founding team to refine and execute the company's vision and mission.
- Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to team members.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive results and achieve targets.
- Experience in generating revenue, attracting investments, and pitching in funding rounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Passion for the creative arts industry and a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of youth and artists.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to take initiative, embrace challenges, and drive innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Graduation from a premier institute such as IIM or IIT is a plus.
- This is a hybrid job opportunity so the candidate needs to report to office in Pune.

What We Offer:
• Equity Stake : The compensation package will include equity shares in the startup, based on a Compulsorily Convertible Debenture (CCD) bond, with the potential for substantial upside based on performance and achievement of targets. The compensation will be based on profit-sharing. No fixed salary will be provided.
