**Job Brief**:

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:
Assist the CEO in the day-to-day management of operations, ensuring that the company is executing on its operational goals. - Monitor and evaluate operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, efficiencies, and cost savings. - Work closely with department heads to implement best practices and optimize cross-functional collaboration. - Analyze operational data and provide the CEO with insights and recommendations to drive operational excellence. - Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring that key operational initiatives have clear objectives, milestones, and accountability. - Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to operations and provide regular reports to the CEO. - Manage special projects as directed by the CEO, ensuring timely and successful execution. - Act as a liaison between the CEO's office and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of queries and issues. - Assist in preparing internal and external communications, including presentations, reports, and other documentation. - Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

**Skills Required**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, management consulting, or a similar role, in an Information Technology company. Cloud, PaaS, SaaS experience preferred Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving operational improvements. - Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. - Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. - Proficient in data analysis tools and performance metrics. - High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
