Role Description

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.Sourcing Candidates:

Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.Screening and Interviewing:

Conduct initial screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, and participate in the interview process alongside hiring managers.Job Descriptions:

Develop and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure they accurately reflect the needs of the department and organization.Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.Employer Branding:

Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives.Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure recruitment goals are met.Compliance:

Ensure recruitment practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.Onboarding : Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company.

Qualifications1 - 2 years of experience in human resourcesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to multitaskBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
