Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Executive at i-stron Corporation Pvt. Ltd. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for recruitment of candidates and HR management, including employee relations, HR policies, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. This is an on-site role located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Recruitment of Candidates through various job portals as per Company requirements.- Salary Negotiations of selected candidates- Maintaining compliance of all selected candidates including reference check.- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and regulations- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity- Providing Training and Development to all employees as per SOPs
