It grew with the boom in the Modular Kitchen industry, has crafted over 10,000 plus kitchens, set up dedicated design teams and forged international brand alliances. It is now en route to opening more showrooms in Mumbai. The ethos of creating Modular kitchens & interiors with passion, world-class quality, enduring aesthetics and insightful functionality has given us happy customers from across the globe.


Role: HR Generalist

Job location: Andheri West


Core KRA's for this Role would be below:

1. Responsible for providing strategic support to the Organization

regarding best practices to maximize employee efficiencies & ensure

seamless operations for a diverse workforce throughout the employee life

cycle.

2. Assist in fostering a culture of continuous improvement through

performance management.

3. Mentor managers on employee development best practices.

4. Administer Payroll & Employee Benefits.

5. Provide guidance on employee behaviour and conflict resolution.

6. Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints.

7. Partner with leadership to develop succession plans

8. Understand the roles of the current employees and develop crisp KRA's

for them.

9. Develop a method or a cycle to ensure quarterly reviews on the

performance of the staff.

10. Employee engagement

11. Develop KRA's and set up recruitment initiatives to hire the right

people in the organization.

12.Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts



Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or related area



Experience: 2 to 4 years work experience in HR Generalist profile

Strong interpersonal and communication skills



Designation: HR Manager (for candidates with experience of 3 years and above)

                    HR Executive (for candidates with 2 years of experience)     


Office timings: 10 am to 6.30 pm


Weekly off: Sunday


Rounds of Interview: 2 Rounds


Documents required: Will be informed after final selection.
