For a highly reputed Cosmetic and Wellness client of Dreamz Consultants


The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day and full cycle of HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for various positions
  • Should posses good knowledge of Payroll Processing, Attendance & Leave Record, HR Registers, Files, MIS Preparation and sending various reports to management
  • Work closely with department heads and senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Design, Develop and Coordinate Internal Programs
  • Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
  • Be able to work independently with minimum instructions


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Masters degree in Human Resources required .
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations and recruitment
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software tools used in recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
