Position Overview :
We are seeking a talented ( 3- 6 years experience) Product Designer with a robust background in Figma, rapid prototyping, and innovative UI/UX design. This role demands a creative thinker who can brainstorm new products, design intuitive interfaces, and contribute significantly to the development of user-centric solutions in the field of AI and B2B financial information and services.
Responsibilities :
- UI/UX Design : Design aesthetically pleasing and highly functional user interfaces using Figma. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Rapid Prototyping : Quickly translate ideas into visual artifacts and iterate on feedback to refine product designs.
- Product Ideation : Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new products or features that leverage AI to enhance business information reporting.
- User Research : Conduct user research to gather insights about user needs and behaviors. Apply this knowledge to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Collaboration : Work closely with design partners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals. Facilitate workshops to align team understanding and expectations.
- Design System Management : Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the product suite and streamline the design process.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio featuring examples of interaction design and visual design skills.
- 3-6 years of experience (preferably in fintech)
- Expertise in Figma and other design tools necessary for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and dynamic UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a track record of applying these principles in various projects.
- Knowledge of the latest UI/UX trends, particularly in AI and business intelligence platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment working with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
