Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, meeting sales targets, and managing client relationships. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, tracking sales performance, and coordinating with the marketing team for promotional activities. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, attending industry events, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

  • Strong understanding of LV (low voltage) solutions and market trends
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Ability to meet sales targets and manage a sales team
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the IT and Telecom industry is an advantage
