Key responsibilities include managing and growing the affiliate and partnership network, identifying and onboarding new affiliates, and building strong relationships with existing partners. The role involves monitoring affiliate performance, analyzing data to optimize ROI, and collaborating with internal teams to align affiliate efforts with business objectives. The candidate will play a crucial role in negotiating partnership agreements and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.QualificationsProficiency in Affiliate Marketing, Partnership Building, and Customer Retention strategiesStrong Data Analysis, Reporting, and ROI Optimization skillsExcellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management abilitiesExperience in Account Management and Campaign Performance MonitoringAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with advertising technologies and digital marketing trends is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
