Job Title: Senior Payroll Manager

  • Location: Noida
  • Job Type: Full-Time


Job Description:

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strong proficiency in India Payroll including TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Labor Welfare Fund.
  • Expertise in India Payroll Tax and other payroll compliances and excellent employee’s engagement skills
  • Valuation of Gratuity and Leave Encashment under IND-AS and US GAAP
  • Closure of Tickets within SLAs with 100% hit ratio
  • Preparation of Monthly Schedules and Reconciliations keeping in view the audit requirements
  • Completing Internal Audit requirements within defined timelines
  • Completing Internal Financial Controls requirements within defined timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare monthly Payroll MIS showcasing payroll figures and compliance tracking.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and employee information in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Preferably experienced with UK, Singapore, Dubai, LATAM and Poland payroll systems.
  • Handling of full and final settlements and gratuity processing.
  • Proficiency in maintaining trust books and expertise in Tally, Vendor management.
  • Preference for exposure to Oracle ERP, Excel and excellent writing skills
  • Effectively conducting induction session for new joiners
  • Database production and preparation of schedules for audit purposes.
  • Maintenance of all provisions for employees, payroll, and vendor payables and timely month-end closing
  • Processing of employee’s reimbursement and bookkeeping thereof


Requirements :

  • Extensive experience in global payroll management and tax compliance.
  • Proficient in using payroll and accounting software.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.


Qualifications :

  • MBA Finance, MBA-HR, B.com Honors.
  • 10+ years of experience in Payroll function
