Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for client billing inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses via email, phone, and other communication channels.Manage payment collections from clients, conducting follow-ups through both calls and written communications.Proactively notify clients of upcoming due dates and overdue payments, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution.Negotiate billing terms and payment plans to align with clients’ needs while ensuring timely payment.Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, clarifying invoice details, and offering support on payment processes.Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, and Finance) to gather necessary billing information and ensure the smooth processing of invoices and payments.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing and collection activities, ensuring transparency for both internal teams and clients.Continuously update clients on their payment status and provide reminders to ensure no disruptions in services.Utilize billing and accounting software to streamline processes and ensure the accuracy of invoices.Maintain confidentiality of client financial data and adhere to best practices in billing and collections.Stay informed of industry standards in client billing practices to offer the best experience possible.Requirements: 1-4 years of experience in billing, client servicing, customer support, collections, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Commerce, or a related field.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with billing software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and timely collections.High attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.Good to have:

Experience with accounting or billing software.
