The incumbent will play a critical role in protecting the assets and reputation of both Zyeta and its clients.Security Operations Management:Develop, implement, and manage security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, and assets at client sites.Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure appropriate response to incidents.Material Safety and Asset Protection:Implement and monitor access control systems to prevent unauthorized access to client sites.Manage and maintain security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and other surveillance technologies.Oversee the secure transportation and storage of materials, ensuring compliance with all safety and security regulations.Client and Stakeholder Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact for security-related issues at client sites, ensuring clear communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide tailored solutions.Provide regular reports to management on security operations, incidents, and improvements.Crisis Management:Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios, including fire, theft, natural disasters, and other emergencies.Lead the response to any security incidents, coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure a swift and effective resolution.What we expect:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
