Sr Business Analyst The Sr Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting our corporate ERP software and related systems. Primary responsibilities include managing, configuring, testing and supporting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO) application, as well as managing our J-sox auditing controls. This person will also contribute to the analysis and design of enhancements and should be analytical, pro-active, organized and have a demonstrated ability to achieve results by working in both a global team environment and independently. This position is responsible for managing change management for D365FO requests and adhering to best practices in maintaining quality data, as well as training and supporting global teams. Essential Functions:Maintain and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and related applications including, but not limited to:Work cross functionally with other departments to support, gather requirements, create design documents, and assist in implementing new business processes and configurations.Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a daily support capacity in D365FO and related software.Configure and support Procurement and Sourcing, Master planning, Production Control, Manufacturing Execution, Warehouse Management and other SCM (Supply Chain Management) and shop floor related functions and modules.Support and assist supply chain tickets at our new manufacturing plant in India.Maintain J-sox change request process to adhere to compliance, including creating request, user follow-up, testing, training, and process improvementsMaintain user management, access rights and manage licenses for usersEnsure data quality standards are followed and implement best practicesCreate documentation on processes, user guides and knowledgebase articles Design and Test enhancements, including platform updates and bug fixes;

coordinate user acceptance, regression and integration testing;

make changes and corrections, as needed Develop training plans, materials and lead training sessions, as neededMentor team members and assist with support tickets.Lead and support integrations, including AP Automation, Expense Management, EDI and othersCross train on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales to support global sales teamsAssist with other key initiatives and other related IT projectsCreate and support training initiatives to help develop end users gain knowledge of system navigation and best practicesParticipate/Lead Kaizen (Process improvement) events to help spark change and gain process efficiencies within the functional ERP system and physical Warehouse Operations Stay up to date and communicate the latest trends and platform update features with D365FOGeneral IT support onsite, as neededRequirements:5+ years professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain or other related business degreesProject Accounting, Supply Chain, Warehouse experience a plusExperience with Microsoft Power Platform and SQL queries idealExcellent oral, written and customer relationship skills to support global operationsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsDetailed oriented, experience analyzing data to drive strategy and resultsStrong willingness to take on new challenges, learn, and growStrong sense of customer service (Servant’s heart)Comfortable operating independentlyResponsive to requests in a timely mannerAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environment with high quality internetDesire to succeed with a positive attitude and high level of integrityExceptional time management, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines at a timeAbility to work extra hours and weekends, as neededProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPointWillingness to travel to other Bastian facilities to support warehouse and other functions, as needed.
