Innomax Skills Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic professional to lead its Skill Development and CSR initiatives. The role involves overseeing government skill development projects, aligning with national and state schemes, and driving CSR strategies for sustainable community development.
### Key Responsibilities:
#### 1. **Skill Development Program Management:**
- Lead and execute government skill development programs such as DDU-GKY, PMKVY, NRLM, State Livelihood Missions, and PMEGP.
- Collaborate with government bodies, training partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
- Manage training centers, accreditation, and placement processes, ensuring compliance with government guidelines.
- Identify funding opportunities and prepare project proposals.
#### 2. **Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):**
- Develop and implement impactful CSR projects focused on education, livelihoods, and sustainability.
- Partner with government and corporate entities to execute CSR initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of CSR programs.
#### 3. **Stakeholder Management:**
- Build partnerships with central and state government bodies, corporates, and NGOs to enhance program reach.
- Represent the company in government discussions related to skill development and CSR projects.
#### 4. **Project Monitoring and Evaluation:**
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure success and ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
#### 5. **Team Leadership:**
- Lead a team responsible for executing skill development and CSR initiatives, fostering collaboration and innovation.
### Qualifications and Skills:
- **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work, Public Policy, Rural Development, or related fields.
- **Experience:** 8+ years managing skill development programs and CSR, with expertise in DDU-GKY, PMKVY, and other government schemes.
- **Skills:** Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
### Employment Type:
Full-time, based in Hyderabad.
