Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (plus incentives)
Working Days: 6 Days a week
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager with strong experience in real estate sales and lead generation. The role involves driving channel partner relationships, sourcing clients, and ensuring a steady pipeline of leads for sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agents.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a strong client database for continuous business growth.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth closure of deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing targets.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing / channel partner management / sales.
- Strong network in the Navi Mumbai market (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
