Roles & Responsibilities:


Program execution and collaboration

  • Execute marketing strategies designed, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of marketing programs, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product marketing, design, digital marketing, analyst relations, partner marketing) to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Project Management

  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, tasks, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs.
  • Monitor program performance, track progress against goals, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement and new initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze data on customer insights, competitor activities, and market trends to inform marketing decisions.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Regularly report on the progress and success of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into marketing programs where applicable.

Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on program management.
  • Proven track record of executing complex marketing strategies and managing large-scale marketing programs.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on planning, organization, and attention to detail.
