Senior Technical Program Manager

Location: Bangalore

What You'll Do:



  • Own project schedules and execution tracking with engineering team. o Track project milestones & risk mitigation to align strategy with management team. o Drive internal signoff with engineering. o Define and drive process frameworks across teams for efficient and consistent execution and quality deliverables. o Drives clarity and compliance with the team on core processes and best practices. o Effective communication to stakeholders and executive team for visibility on execution risks and mitigation. o Exercises independent judgement and provides direction to the team on a day to day basis; while aligning on significant tradeoffs with management as needed. o Coaches the team for continuous improvement and collaboration.

What You'll Need:



  • Electrical engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent a minimum
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in Semiconductor industry

Additional Skills And Experience Considered An Asset



  • Experience in engineering role as part of UCIE, HBM development for understanding of execution flow and cross team interdependencies.
  • Schedule development, tracking and reporting with MS Office Project/Smartsheet
  • Understanding of IP development challenges in advanced process nodes at 5nm and below
  • Experience in development of high speed Serdes, UCIE, HBM and protocol knowledge
  • Understanding of key IP deliverables and customer integration challenges o PMP certification an asset.
