KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
 Remove Impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles or blockers that may hinder the progress of the development team.
 Coach and Mentor: Guide the team in adopting Agile principles and practices, providing coaching and mentorship as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
 Promote Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and transparent environment within the team, encouraging open communication and constructive feedback.
 Manage Stakeholder Expectations: Work closely with product owners and other stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
 Track Progress: Monitor the team's progress towards sprint goals and overall project objectives, ensuring that work is completed on time and within scope.
 Promote Self-Organization: Empower team members to take ownership of their work and make decisions autonomously, fostering a culture of self-organization and accountability.
 Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team, leveraging Agile metrics and feedback to identify areas for enhancement.

Minimum Qualifications Technical Graduate (BTECH/BE/MCA)
Experience
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
 Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.  Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
 Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
 Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
 Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on servant leadership and empowerment.
 Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Rally.

Technical Skills
 A Scrum Master should have a basic understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps, as well as the software development life cycle (SDLC).
 Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Rally, or Asana is valuable for managing and tracking tasks, user stories, and sprints.
