We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Collaboration Services team at Autodesk. You will specialize in managing administrative teams that support a variety of collaboration tools including O365 products, SendGrid, Valimail, DMARC, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Mural, and Slido.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the administrative teams supporting our collaborationservices. Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient functioning of our collaboration services. Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and efficientUse collaboration tools. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items areinvoiced and paid. Manage issues in the collaboration services environment and work on their resolution. Ensure that collaboration tools meet our needs and propose new tools orenhancements. Provide regular reports on service performance and improvements to senior management.Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, Information Technology, or related field. Experience with operations management in a technology or software company. 5+ years of experience with collaboration tools including O365 products, SendGrid,Valimail, DMARC, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Mural, and Slido. Leadership and team management skills. Competent in overcoming obstacles and proficient in making informed choices in Demand situations. Proficient in expressing ideas and building relationships.About Autodesk:
