Salicylates and Chemicals | International Sales Coordinator

Job DescriptionAs an International Sales Coordinator, you will be the primary liaison between our customers, sales team, and supply chain departments. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating orders, and making sure that you have timely updates and responses to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of international sales operations and logistics.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team Coordination: Manage schedules, maintain records, and facilitate clear communication across the sales team, ensuring all relevant information is shared with stakeholders.International Sales Operations: Act as the central link between customers, supply chain, and logistics, managing end-to-end international sales operations efficiently.Customer Account Management: Maintain and manage customer accounts, promptly addressing any issues or concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align on product launches, updates, and promotional activities.Order Processing: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of international sales orders, working in close coordination with the supply chain and logistics teams.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales performance reports and metrics to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and growth.Logistics and Shipping Coordination: Oversee logistics and shipping for international orders, managing compliance with global trade regulations to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales coordination or a related field.- Strong understanding of international markets, trade regulations, and customs requirements.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions and internal coordination effectively.- Knowledge of logistics and shipping processes, with the ability to manage complex order workflows.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a high-pressure environment.- Proficiency in (mention any required software, e.g., CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
This is strictly an on-site role and not a Remote/freelancing opportunity
