Make them so successful that they shout our name from the mountaintopsYour Epic Role:Work your magic with clients, setting critical goals, and helping them rock their digital marketing objectives.Juggle strategic and operational discussions like a circus performer on caffeine, evaluating needs and strategies with flair.Build relationships that even Shakespeare would envy – from decision-makers to operational teams, everyone loves your vibe.Be the Sherlock Holmes of customer progress, ensuring they're on the express train to success in adoption, usage, and overall happiness.Play diplomat between customers and internal Milestone teams, ensuring everyone's on the same page for intergalactic success.Skills That Make You the Chosen One:Jedi-level communication skills – both written and verbal.
