Key Responsibility (Day to Day Activities): - This will be an Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring exceptional ownership and accountability. - The candidate should possess smart problem-solving abilities and demonstrate excellent communication skills. - Performance Management: Experience in driving and managing performance cycles effectively. - HR Analytic and Reporting: Proficiency in reporting and Dashboard using Excel. - Employee Engagement: Strong track record of designing and implementing engagement strategies. - Reward and Recognition: Experience in planning and executing employee reward programs Qualification and Experience: - MBA/PGDM specializing in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - High proficiency level in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides and alike
