About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IAM Engineer to join our dynamic IT security team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Identity and Access Management, with specific expertise in Ping, Okta, or Azure, and experience with SailPoint or Saviyant. Familiarity with CyberArk or Delinea is a significant plus. This role requires a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree and relevant IAM or security related certifications. The candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

IAM Implementation and Management: Lead and manage the implementation and administration of IAM solutions such as Ping, Okta, or Azure.

SailPoint or Saviyant Expertise: Design, develop, and implement robust IAM solutions using SailPoint or Saviyant.

Advanced Security Solutions: Utilize knowledge in CyberArk or Delinea for privileged access management and security enhancement.

Process Development: Create detailed process maps for IAM activities including onboarding, offboarding, and workflow management.

Policy and Procedure Development: Define and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure robust security controls.

Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and operation of IAM solutions.

Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve IAM system issues and continuously seek improvement opportunities.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, configurations, and solutions.

Compliance and Audits: Ensure IAM practices comply with regulations and participate in audit processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience implementing IAM solutions with platforms such as Ping, Okta, SailPoint/ Saviyant, GCP, Azure, etc.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and oral, written communication, and listening skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Process Development: Ability to develop and document process maps for onboarding, offboarding, workflows, and other IAM processes.

Experience developing applications in languages such as Java and Python preferred.

Experience in supporting IAM platform technical configurations and integrations.

Hands-on implementation experience with SSO and federation using SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OIDC is required.

Experience with CI/CD tools and processes preferred.

Demonstrated experience onboarding applications into IAM platforms is a must.

Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining authentication scripts and login pages is required.

Broad knowledge of network, database, server, and cloud computing preferred.

Knowledge of Agile methodology preferred.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM implementation and management.

Certifications: Any IAM or security related certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, or vendor specific certifications) are a significant plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in IAM platforms such as Ping, Okta, or Azure.

Experience with SailPoint or.

Familiarity with privileged access management tools like CyberArk or Delinea.
