Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.


These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. With every role in the company, each position has a requirement for building quality into every output. This also includes evaluating new tools, new techniques, strategies; Automation of common tasks; build of common utilities to drive organizational efficiency with a passion around technology and solutions and influence of thought and leadership on future capabilities and opportunities to apply technology in new and innovative ways.


Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit wrt to quality standardsDesign, implement, and maintain IAM technologies to ensure compliance with privacy and audit regulationsIdentify and resolve technical issues related to IAMEnsure that IAM systems comply with industry regulations and security requirementsUnderstand IAM outside their domain and the impact of their work on othersContribute advanced knowledge to the development of engineering best practices within IAMContribute to the architecture of IAM solutions, considering scalability, security, and usability requirementsLead the design, implementation, and management of the organization’s IAM systems and processesStay updated with the latest IAM technologies, trends, and emerging threats, implementing necessary measures to mitigate risksLead collaboration with third-party vendors and partners to evaluate IAM tools and servicesDemonstrate advanced skills in requirements gathering and align technical objectives with business objectivesTroubleshoot or analyze advanced process issues, identify causes, recommend efficiencies, or provide formal reportingProvide suggestions to higher-level staff on resolving new or complex issuesProvide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship within their IAM DomainExhibit an appetite for continuous learning and improvementImpact of work is most often at the team levelComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

B.E. (Computer Engineering) or equivalent from reputed engineering colleges12+ years of relevant software lifecycle experience specifically focusing on Identity & Access Management7+ years of hands-on experience of IAM implementation with cloud providersHands-on experience on React/NodeJs & other UI frameworksExperience with Kubernetes & automated codeable deploymentsExtensive hands-on knowledge of identity and access management best practices, procedures, and software solutions such as CyberArk, ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, etc.Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc.Knowledge on REST and Spring Boot over any CloudKnowledge of build tools such as Maven/GradleCassandra/any other No-SQL exposureExposure to AWS services, Lambda & containerizationSound fundamentals of Core JavaComprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies such as multi factor authentication, JSON Web Token (JWT), etc.Technically hands-on and excellent in Design, Coding and TestingPossess a solid understanding of IAM and tools within their domainProduct/Project/Program Related Tech Stack:
Front End: Java, React/NodeJsBack End: Java, Spring, Sprint Boot, REST, AWSMiddleware: Kafka & its ecosystem, Cassandra/NoSQLTesting: JUnit, Gatling , Cypress, SeleniumDevOps: Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Sonar, FortifyOthers: JMeter, GroovyDevelopment Methodology/Engineering Practices Agile (SCRUM/KANBAN)
