From viral reels to influencer collaborations, Adoremyspace ensures your brand stands out in the digital space.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a data-led yet creatively tuned Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to scale Adoremyspace’s clients’ digital growth across paid media, CRM, and commerce innovation.You’ll lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, and emerging channels , while driving Whats App Commerce and growth experiments that convert creativity into measurable results.You’ll work closely with the content, design, and brand teams to build growth loops that blend storytelling with performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance MarketingStrategize, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, You Tube, and affiliate platforms .Own performance metrics — CAC, ROAS, CTR, LTV, and full-funnel conversions .Lead creative testing frameworks to discover what truly drives engagement and sales.Build insightful dashboards and performance reports that inform decisions, not just data dumps.Whats App Commerce & CRMBuild and scale Whats App Commerce — from catalog setups to automated journeys.Design CRM flows for retargeting, cart recovery, drop alerts, and personalized offers .Collaborate with tech and agency partners to ensure seamless tracking and ROI measurement.Growth ExperimentsConceptualize and run weekly/monthly growth tests — landing pages, CTAs, popups, and new ad formats.Explore and test new performance channels — You Tube Shorts, Snapchat, influencer collabs.Partner with offline and events teams to convert on-ground visibility into online sales.Attribution & Funnel StrategyOwn analytics, UTM structures, and journey mapping for a clear view of performance across touchpoints.Support attribution modelling across organic, paid, and social commerce funnels.What You’ll Bring2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth at a D2 C brand, agency, or marketplace.Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Shopify (or similar platforms) .Familiarity with Whats App CRM tools like Interakt, BIK.ai, or Lime Chat.A creative mindset — someone who can see both the art and the analytics .Proficiency in building data dashboards (Looker, Data Studio, or similar).Preferred if you haveExperience designing high-intent sales funnels through Whats App or influencer-led commerce.Understanding of content-to-commerce loops — reels, stories, and ads that drive real conversions.Experience managing affiliate or influencer performance programs .
