Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist
Location: Pune, Dehradun, Hybrid
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
System Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing maintenance and updates of the Employee Central system, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
Business Process Analysis: Work closely with HR and other stakeholders to analyze and streamline business processes, leveraging the capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors.
Data Management : Ensure accurate and timely data management, including employee records, organizational structures, and reporting relationships.
User Support and Training : Provide expert support and training to end-users, troubleshooting issues and guiding them through system functionalities.
Compliance and Reporting : Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and develop comprehensive reports to support HR decision-making.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Proven experience in HRIS or similar HR systems.
- Certifications**: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred.
- Technical Skills**:
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module and related HR processes.
- Proficiency in data management, system configuration, and report generation.
- Experience with system integrations and data migration.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning).
- Familiarity with HR best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Project management experience.
