Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Coordinator. The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team, developing and managing sales reports and dashboards, analyzing sales data, and managing sales performance metrics. They will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of accounts and territory information, and will assist the sales team with administrative tasks and processes such as CRM data entry, lead distribution, sending quotations and order management.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer Service: Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints
Sales: Experience in supporting a sales team and driving sales growth
Sales Operations: Experience in managing sales reports, analyzing sales data and managing sales performance metrics
Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite

Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
