Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a female professional passionate about HR processes, compliance, and employee experience. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exit formalities, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and physical files
- Coordinate with payroll and finance for accurate salary processing
- Handle HR documentation: offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, etc.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and time-off policies; coordinate with managers for discrepancies
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in audits, HR reporting, and MIS preparation
- Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs
- Be a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees
Requirements:
- Female candidates only (as part of our diversity & inclusion initiative)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in HR operations or administration
- Familiarity with labor laws, HRIS systems, and MS Office tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Fluent in (English + any regional language, if applicable)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per year
